    2. What's with the Russian harmonica music? Seriously, fucking Americans are so ignorant about this part of the world, it hurts.
    3. This recipe (while it looks good) is about as Hungarian as Wes Anderson is.

Grand Budapest Hotel was one of the most interesting films I've seen in ages. Every shot was artistically idealized, the music properly added to the scenes, the characters were filled with flaws that made them interesting. It was unlike anything I'd ever watched in the best way possible.

Goulash is not tipically served with pasta nor with sour cream.
"Goulash" is actually pronounced "gouyash" (Gulyás). It's been mispronounced in German and spread to the rest of the world like that. (Btw Budapest is pronounced "Budapesht".)
Some interesting trivia: gulyás is short for "'gulyásleves", which literally means something like "cowboy soup". ("Gulya" is a herd of cows and the guy tending them is the "gulyás".)
Nowaday in most cases though, we eat fake gulyás, made of pork.

He's right that goulash can be a soup (gulyás) or a stew (pörkölt), but that's not the only difference. We usually only put vegetables (carrot, parnsip, potato) into the soup, the stew only contains meat. Also I've never seen any Hungarians putting tomato into goulash (it can be a regional version though... In my area we don't put tomato), but hot paprika is an essential part of a good goulash. Depending on your preference, you can make the food hotter or sweeter, but one or two coffespoons of Hungarian hot paprika will give it a nice twist ;)
The meal still looks yummy, the base is made really professionally, and anyway, it always warms my heart when I see Hungarian/Eastern-European food appreciated by other nations. And OMG, tejföl (sour-cream) on top

CinemaSins is the most accurate, creative, to the point, wide range movie critic AND e very talented producer of apparently various shows we want to see. You intrigue me with every video you put out because of the comedic undertone every step of the way while still somehow maintaining a heavily weighted review/discussion in a serious way. And with that said, i hope you, CinemaSins, shall be with us till the end of times.

Do everything wrong with Steve McQueen's Bullitt (inspired the Dirty Harry movies). Steve sent his friend Robert Vaughn a script & didn't hear back. Finally Vaughn said "I read it 3 times and it doesn't make sense." McQueen said "Yeah I know but it's got a great car chase scene." The plot doesn't add up but it was huge hit - you'll have a field day with this one.

사람//HHuman The reason why I would is because they are very strong and won't dissolve into the meal. When the person eating grinds the seasoning between their teeth that spice can overwhelm the flavor in your mouth. This way the dish gets the seasoning that you're looking for without having that worry.
