      Hey, as a warning from someone whose family works in the medical industry, particularly pharmaceuticals, don't show your pill bottles on camera. Someone can find your entire medical history, where you live, your phone number, your insurance plan, and family members all from just the barcode you put on screen. Those things are more powerful than your social security number in a lot of cases.

    you're only meant to wash your hair like 3 times a week anyway and washing your hair also strips your hair from all its natural oils which is actually bad, if you get oily hair from not washing my mum bought me that you can just brush it through your hair and if you use the right brush and everything your hair will just look shiny and natural

    1 suggestion, before exercise 3 baby carrots, 12 raw almonds to keep the balance in your blood sugar. Thennafter workout your breakfast. My nutritionist told me so i dont get jittery or weak during the work out. Also pls wash the black berries:) before you eat. Great house, great habits, welldone.

    Also I can't take levothyroxin the generic, of synthroid but taking the non generic worked a lot better for me 100% anyway my blood work says it's "normal" but it doesn't feel like I'm normal... I still feel tired and just "OFF" :(

    I have Hypothyroidism and I feel terrible all the time just about.. please tell me what helps you and where I can get it... Also unfortunately how I felt out was due to unexplained weight gain :( that's how they found out and diagnosed me... and it's been so hard losing it :( I've literally lived like a hermit bc I don't won't anyone to see me.. I know sounds crazy but I've never been like this before

    Wash hair once a week? 😬🤭oh no, please at least twice a week, you should wash the hair at least 2-3 days one time. . Just my opinion

    Wow I can't go that long not washing my hair. It gets super oily plus I have really dark brown hair so it makes my hair look even more oily and the oilyness drives me insane. I can only go 2 days without washing it and the second day is unbareable. I was always look forward to hair washing days. On those days, I don't touch or style my hair to keep it from getting oily too soon. The next day I may use some products like dry shampoo, and then by the next day my hair is so gross, I throw it in a bun or french braid and hide my bangs in a headband.

    Friends, coming from someone who has never had cavities and has had dentist after dentist compliment my teeth. 1. Floss, floss, floss. 2. Use an electronic toothbrush, but if you can't, ensure you get a good toothbrush 3. Brush your tongue, bad breath comes froms the tongue, not the teeth. 4. Get your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist every 6 months at the least. Brushing alone will not work

      I try to avoid them as much as possible, but there are certain products that have them and work really well on my skin.

    Hey girl! Lovely video! And - your a Dana Point Girl!!!!! I know that place!!! It's Dana Point or very close!!!! LOL!!! I'm also from Orange County! Huntington Beach :)
    Anywhos! Wanted to say, my mom also gas had thyroid issues, and I know everyone is different, after changing her diet for several months if not a year or so, fortunately her thyroid is ok and no longer needs medication, her blood work is fine.
    I wanted to recommend you may want to look into taking an inflammation test - there's many different kinds- but I definitely would say make sure they test soy- a lot of ppl have issues w/soy. You never know that may spike your health issues.
    When I had some stomach challenges and ate soy it continually aggravated my health and had to cut it out, I stay away from it as much as possible.
    It can be a real eye opener! I recommend to do some research on it which may be the best for you, can go thru a holistic Dr.
    Mine wasn't as thorough as I would like so unfortunately would not recommend, not all inflammation tests are equal.

    I know this will sound crazy but I was diagnosed hypothyroid and I am healing my thyroid with a naturopathic dr. I would lay in bed 24/7 no energy now I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I think you should think about it because they get to the root of the issues and heal the body rather than just treating. Just my personal experience hope you feel better

    Have you notice any change in your hypothyroid levels since using the oils. I went and purchase some organic oils and roller ball and have been using them along with my medication. I go back this week to get my levels checked. I don't think I have been using the oil blend long enough to notice a change but sure hope it works. What type of diet are you following for your hypothyroidism?

    You know youre not going to eat that yogurt-berry concotion that you put it the fridge.
    No need to lie about morning routine just to seem all healthy all-the-time.
    I will tell you this...it IS healthier to make own overnight oats. Its super easy. I can share some great recipes fkr you and the fact that they are "overnight oats" means they are just as quick to grab in the morning than store-brought ones ☺.

    Love your videos! I just have to mention one thing, any products that are made for smoothing or repairing fine lines like your under eye cream are loaded with hormones and are terrible for your thyroid. They can disrupt thyroid function. My doctor advised me that really no body should be using those. Just wanted to pass that along as something to think about.
